Smith, the famous medical expert who created the “Fat Smash Diet,” is also well known for his appearances on VH1’s “Celebrity Fit Club.” So far, with his resources and systems providing dieters with support, The 50 Million Pound Challenge has helped African American participants to collectively lose over 1.1 million pounds, as the weight loss total continues to rise!
How Does the 50 Million Pound Challenge Work?
According to Dr. Smith, dieters can achieve weight loss success by making simple everyday changes to their food and exercise routines. As Smith further explains, weight loss does not require severe and drastic changes; moreover, dieters should focus on eating healthy and balanced meals, while also incorporating moderate forms of physical activity in order to achieve results. Participants in The 50 Million Pound Challenge are taught to adhere to nutritional and dietary plans that include nutritious food options such as:

- Water in place of soda or sugary beverages
